Not all cats we have in are because of holidays some come in due to owners being unwell and we step in to provide care, giving the owner comfort in knowing their beloved cat is safe and secure and being cared for awaiting their return.
At no extra cost we also send video clips or photos updating owners on their cats on request, from my own point of view I would find it very reassuring to receive an update.
Although we are a business we also care and treat all our guests as if they were our own .
