URGENT APPEAL
does any of our customers recognise this little girl cocker.
she was found near Whyies Vets in Upminster on Wednesday (10th July)... no collar and chip not registered - she is 8 years old

have you seen her in your area where you walk your dog?
Is she a neighbour in your road?
SOMEONE must recognise her - she's been groomed recently and her picture is being passed round all local groomers. .

can't believe how many people I have seen walking their dogs during the day in the sun in this HEAT over the weekend .... PLEASE don't as your dog can suffer from heat stroke

Transformation Tuesday goes to Maisie our Old English Sheepdog...
After a vets annual checkup they have advised Maisies owner to shorten her lovely long coat as her back legs are starting to weaken due to her age and less coat will be better for her .... mum loves her new hair style ..... we all agreed to ❤️

Spring has finally arrived, nice and sunny day today and it's so lovely to have our salon door open too whilst we are grooming .... 🌞 🐶 ✂️
Dont forget it's the last day tomorrow to get your voting coupon in the Romford Recorder and vote for your favourite pet groomers as voting closes on Tuesday 16th ... weve had many of our customers dropping of their coupon to us and will post it for you .... so please grab your Recorder tomorrow 🙏

A warning to all our customers .... we've had our 1st Tick this year found on a dog we groomed today ... owner wasnt aware and was horrified that they hadn't seen it on their dog ....
Ticks can be active all year round, but they are most active in the months April to July, and sometimes later in the autumn.
Ticks live in many different outdoor environments but they are particularly common in grassy and wooded areas SO please be aware if you take your dog to our Country Parks (The Manor or Bedfords Park).... check your dog over thoroughly when you get home ....
Lyme disease is an infection that can be transmitted by ticks found in the UK, but not all ticks carry the bacteria which causes Lyme disease..... so please if you do find a TICK on your dog DO NOT try and pull it off- you need a tick remover tool to make sure that you remove the whole body and legs out of your dog.
if you do find a Tick please see your vet or call us and we can arrange for you to drop your dog down to us for us to remove it correctly.....
