Why do some people think that putting a hog back under the hedge is going to save it because it's NOT.
HOW SAD AND UNWELL DOES THIS HOG LOOK BUT IT WAS LEFT.
Another rescue had posted this a while ago and sadly it happen's alot.
PLEASE BE AWARE HEDGEHOGS DO NOT SUNBATHE.
YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE BY ACTING QUICKLY
DON'T LEAVE IT, DON'T JUST STICK IT UNDER A HEDGE.
HEDGEHOGS NEED A RESCUE OR A VET
Sadly this little one was already dying on the friday and asking for help but for her it just came too late
So sad isn't it heartbreaking for carers who dedicate so much time to try to save them too😥😥

Hedgehogs are particularly vulnerable to road traffic accidents because their instinct is to curl up and freeze. This instinct has been with the hedgehog for 15 million years and isn’t going to change anytime soon since humans invented cars!
The best thing we can do to keep hedgehogs safe on our roads is to drive cautiously at night, spread awareness and inspire others to drive cautiously too! Follow our campaign Amazing Grace the Hedgehog 🦔🍃

Seeing its been a 💩 weekend weather wise
I thought i would sign off with this funny cartoon picture,because i am sure you have wondered how do hogs 💩 so high,i used to wonder this in their cages,but at night they must have there own competition going on who can 💩 the highest up the sides,but its true they do just like in the picture designed by Paul Stockham,made me smile when i saw it, not so much when it's a every day morning chore though,to have to scrap it off 🤣.
