Good morning everyone!
Just a quick post before the chaos of another busy xmas🎄🎄 week🤪....

Firstly.. and in case we do not get the chance with the busyness of this month.. a big thank you for all our lovely thoughtful christmas gifts we have already received! and for those going forward🎁🎁 we are so grateful for all the goodies,pennies and drinks its so lovely of you all🥹🥰

Secondly can we ask that due to a busy diary you arrive and collect your dogs on time🕰
Prompt collection often means the differance between us having lunch or a quick toilet break🥴🥳

As always thank you for your support we look forward to giving your best friends their xmas pampers🤗🤗🎄🐾🥳 🐾🐾

Hi everyone!
So most of you that know me will know about my long excited wait for the arrival of my 1st granbaby! Ronnie Peter Wragg arrived via C sect on the 25th October! He is a week old..🤰👩‍🍼🍼👶 Id like to thank everyone for re arranging their dogs appointments to help me support my daughter during this time. 🥰
However... Ronnie had been home 2 days when he began to take unwell😷😢 thankfully mum and dad were on the ball and took him to hospital where he has been since Thursday receiving amazing care by the team on the Rotherham hospital childrens ward. Ronnie has covid and is being supported with oxygen and careful feeding to get him through the worst of the virus. I am also recovering from covid so as you can imagine its been a week.😵‍💫
I am returning to work next week but my daughter and her little family still need help and support. Therefore i wanted to explain via this post if i need to re arrange appointments the reason why this might be the case and just to ask for your continued support through this difficult time. 🥰
My family will always be my priority and i make no apologies for this being the case, that being said i really value everyones continued love and support by giving me your business via your pooches🐩🐕

So im back in the salon Friday this week where i am starting to catch up from last weeks appointment cancellations. 🥰

Morning everyone!
Just a quick notice...When you come to the salon you will see a new sign on the door.. its a polite but serious reminder NOT to come to the salon to collect your dog before i have contacted you to let you know they are ready.
This is for the safety of your dog and us.. if you come to the salon and your dog is on the table and they see you,they then become excited and difficult to manage!

The consequences of this can be serious injury to your dog if i have scissors in my hand and also me.

If your dog usually takes an hour or 2 hours sometimes if i am interupted or need to deal with something it can take longer.

My grooming and my work is transparent if you would like to see how i work then by all means have a chat with me and we can invite you in to watch under controlled conditions🥰👍

❗️NAIL CLIPPING❗️

Just a quick notice...Im having to suspend nail clipping appointments that are NOT part of a groom for the time being as the salon is very busy in this summer season. To stop a groom to bring a dog in to clip nails can be time consuming and disruptive to the dog being groomed at that time.
❗️Courtney is putting a NAIL and A**L GLAND clinic on in the salon soley for nails and glands to help provide this service on the🧨 31 AUGUST.

Without doubt the most difficult part of grooming is when you as our clients loose your most treasured companions a profound loss that we feel aswell🥺💔
There have been a few recently that just plain and simply hurt.. i have groomed all of them for the longest time and id really like to pay tribute to them all. Kizzi , Dexter , Shoreham, Dee and Izzy thank you to your humans for trusting me to groom and have you in my care and thank you for your kisses run free at rainbow bridge happy and pain free🌈🕯
