Unfortunately I need to crack down on my invoicing for deposits. If a deposit has not been received 5 days prior to grooming booking it will be cancelled and offered to someone else. Small businesses can't survive on no shows especially when it's a double booking, I've always been very fair and allowed time on deposits because financially it is hard for everyone but I can't keep taking a hit. I've had a pretty rough night and not feeling very well but I still got up and set up my room ready for doggies because I don't want to let people down and I think I deserve the same. For now I'm going to rest for the day and look forward to meeting new doggies tomorrow for their pamper session 🐾
