We have had the best news ever 😃
After being diagnosed as having cancer in the form of an a**l tumour, undergoing surgery and several weeks of recovery we are absolutely elated to report the cancer successfully removed with no evidence of spread & wound healing well 🙌
Thank you so much for all your thoughts and best wishes ♥️our Pixie our world 🌍 ###

Pixie update:
We had a meeting with the surgeon who was amazing, she explained she would normally stay overnight and have surgery tomorrow but could see how anxious I was about leaving her which was making Pixie anxious ( tried very hard not to show it) so arranged for the pre op to be done this morning so we can take her home & bring her back early in the morning she will have op late tmw afternoon ♥️

Our Pixie ♥️our absolute world 🌍 we do everything together & love each & every moment!
Just before Christmas we discovered she had a tumour, since then she has had a fine needle biopsy, spent two days at DWR a specialist referral hospital in Cambridge & had lots of tests and scans, it's looking good that the cancer hasn't spread & we are so grateful for that.
Tomorrow she will be admitted to DWR to remove the tumour, obviously we are beside ourselves with worry but confident she will be in safe hands.
I am sharing this as a believer in collective positivity, any thoughts and prayers for her will be greatly appreciated ♥️

Happy new year 🥳
Update on my little soulmate, we spent 2 days with her at DWR in Cambridge absolutely fabulous place!
She had lots of tests & scans and everything is looking good that the cancer hasn't spread and can be removed with surgery, further testing will then be done on the tumour so we know for sure.
We have booked her in for 21st January for the operation, absolutely petrified but confident she will be in good hands♥️
I will be taking 21st, 22nd & 23rd off and see where we are at from there, Steve will be off with her after that, I will update you personally if anything changes.
All your thoughts, prayers and best wishes have been so appreciated ♥️

You will all know that this is my Pixie, she is my absolute world, just before Christmas on a routine appt our vet noticed a small lump inside her bottom, she had an immediate biopsy, we had the results and it is a type of cancer, we are hoping this can be removed with surgery, we had the call from a specialist oncologist in Cambridge on Christmas eve and she is booked in for the 2nd January, I am sharing this as whilst I will do everything to ensure I am there for all my buddies she has to come first at this time, if I do need to cancel I will contact you but wanted to give you the heads up.
I am also sharing this as a bit of awareness, she has no symptoms and nothing is visible externally, I did know that some breeds including Cockers are more prone to these problems, we are obviously beside ourselves with worry but also grateful that we had the routine check that has hopefully picked it up early.

🎄Christmas, it’s a dangerous time of year for dogs! 🎄
This cheeky puppy got into some food containing raisins yesterday.
Even just one or two raisins can cause kidney failure so the advice is always to make them sick. Luckily Lois’s owners brought him straight to us so we could help him.
Chocolate is another common toxin this time of year so be careful about presents under the tree!
If you’re worried about something your pet may have eaten please always call us straight away on 01480 877179 and choose the emergency option 1

Sleep tight my beautiful little girly ♥️
The saddest post I have ever made, after becoming suddenly poorly and needing emergency surgery it was all too much for her and she closed her eyes to rest in peace she was just shy of 2 years old, so young and full of life.
Milly was the sweetest soul, so gentle , so good, beautifully trained by her owner she was an absolute joy, I had the pleasure of spending so much time with her every week since she was a puppy and I loved each and every moment.
Milly was so eager to please, her auto-sit was the best I have ever seen, even when she was extremely excited she would push her little wiggly bum down, she could find a treat hidden in her huge back garden within seconds, she learnt how to indicate for out of reach treats in minutes, her owner was working her and she loved anything involving finding, flushing & retrieving.
Milly I cant put into words how much I am going to miss you, all our games, cuddles and tummy rubs, you lit up my world.
Our favourite moments were when you would hop into my lap after a play session to watch the birds and squirrels, we would quietly contemplate the world together, I can still feel the warmth of you in my lap.
I hope whenever you are you are getting all the tummy rubs.
My thoughts are with her Dad who loved her dearly and is missing her terribly along with everyone else who knew her.
I am so grateful I got to be part of her life and will remember her always.

I don't have the words to express how much Im going to miss you, from our adventures, walks and cuddles to the stories when you were poorly, we shared so many good times, you were such a sweet & special soul, I am so grateful I got to be a part of your life, love you Charlie bear ♥️♥️♥️

Absolutely loved looking after these two beauties ♥️
The cockerpoo is extremely nervous of new people so her lovely owners booked me in for visits for weeks in the run up to the sit.
By day 2 she was showering me with kisses, cuddles and was my little spoon in bed♥️
The little Westie was my best friend from day 1 😊
