Sometimes you need to put it out there to stay on track!!

Between lockdown and working from home (4yrs), I put on 4 stone in weight... Well the snack drawer is easier than making lunch and those family sized cakes I made weekly needed eating...

3 weeks ago I joined SW and have been so strict with myself.. I am 1.5lb off the 1 stone loss.. Have it all crossed for that 1 stone on Friday's weigh in.

Alongside that I have got myself an AI mirror and my girlfriends have heard me gush about it... So delivery was this week and today my first workout... And I love it!!! If you have one let me know a fab workout and who you have as your personal trainer on it..

So soon you will be seeing much less of me.. In a good way 😊

If you see me trying to buy a sneaky chocolate bar or at the chippy... Really do say something as motivation sometimes slips 🙄... This is the start of a long journey.. Passport and bag in hand...

Another beautiful day out there this morning.

Going to have a cheeky dip in the hot tub this morning with my cuppa, and then pack my bags and head off to be the house guest of Mac for the next 8 days.
