Hiya 👋 I’m Buddy – a 2-year-old Springer Spaniel with a big heart, a waggy bum, and a face that’s hard to say no to (just look into these eyes😍).

I haven’t had the easiest start in life. 😢 I came from the Pound, and whatever happened before that has made me really appreciate the good stuff – like cuddles, playtime, and kind people who care. 💕 Now, I soak up love like a sponge, and I’ll do just about anything for a little attention (and a treat!).

I’ve got lots of happy energy – but don’t worry, I can sit still for cuddles when it counts! I’m clever, eager to learn, and super easy to train. I travel well in the car, and love going on adventures (I’ve just been for a swim in my photo!). I haven’t met any cats yet, but I do get along well with other dogs (though I’d also be happy as your one-and-only 🐶). I’d be best suited to a home with only adults or with older kids – since I can get a bit bouncy when I’m excited! 🏀

He’s smart and eager to please, already mastering recall and basic commands, though lead-walking is still a work in progress (he thinks he’s a sled dog!). Wally is gentle, sociable, and loves water, sticks, and balls—but needs to avoid open water due to his bird-chasing enthusiasm. He’d thrive in a home where he’s not left alone too long, with plenty of love, gentle walks, and maybe a friendly dog to learn from. A truly special soul looking for a home as lovely as he is.
