🙏Hello, Milo here. It's a bit cheeky but as it's the season of goodwill to all Springers, I'm here to ask you to be my sponsor.

It’s tough being four and knowing that I’m going to need a lifetime of treatment to keep me alive and able to enjoy my life. Apparently I have a heart murmur with severe sub-aortic stenosis type 2 and considerable left ventricular hypertrophy, which sounds serious and indeed it is. Put more simply, this is a narrowing of the valves of my heart and a thickening of the walls of my heart, all of which needs constant monitoring. I have regular echocardiograms (ultrasound scans) to make sure I’m on the right medication and I visit the vet every three months so they can make sure my lungs are clear.

I'm in a NWESSR long-term foster home where I am very happy, well-cared for and much loved, but I do need funding to cover costs for medical care.

✨ Meet Buster - Foster, with a view to adopt ✨

6 year old, Male Springer Spaniel based in Glastonbury, Somerset.

Buster is happiest outdoors, sniffing through long grass, paddling in puddles, and enjoying all the muddy fun. He’s a clever boy who loves learning new things and using his nose for scent work or treasure hunts. While he’s not a cuddle-on-the-sofa kind of dog, he’ll happily keep you company in the garden or settle on a blanket by your feet if you’re working from home.

Buster has hip dysplasia, so his activity needs to be gentle and regular, think short walks, grassy strolls, and maybe some swimming. He’s good at his physio exercises and will need someone who can help him manage his condition with care.

He thrives in a quiet, rural home with a secure garden to explore and someone around most of the time. New visitors can make him a bit wary, but with patience, he warms up beautifully. Buster would be best as the only dog in an adult household with calm, confident owners who understand his needs.

We are looking for a home for Gracie! She isa 7 month old springer who has led a sheltered life, and is in desperate need of her very own guardian angel. Gracie has been well looked after, but hasn't seen a lot of the world, so it all seems quite scary. She gets along with other dogs, but gentle introduction is required. Gracie is incredibly intelligent, picking up aids very quickly and with consistent training is sure to be very rewarding. She is housetrained beside the occasional accident and walks lovely on the lead. If you feel your are the perfect home for this lovely girl, then please ONLY email [email protected]

Based on the Grade One field test your dog will be training to walk a short distance at heel on a lead, sit and stay whilst you walk away, come when he is called, and carry out some simple retrieves.

Someone out there must need a Cookie in their life! The applications we've had haven't been quite right for him so he's still looking for his perfect home 😭
He's 2, neutered, needs another youngish dog for company, strong on the lead, great recall, can be nervous of new people but soon settles down. He needs an active home as he has bundles of energy and a family that will continue with his training. Not cat tested but living with multiple dogs in foster.

Good evening everyone we have taken in this lovely cocker spaniel. The dog is female and is of lovely nature. She is microchipped but details are to a breeder in Selby whonwe have spoken to. We want to get her home this evening so if she is your dog get in touch ASAP. She was found allegedlly straying at around 4pm on Saltersgill Field in Middlesbrough. We beleive the male who has brought this dog in is potentially the owner and officers will be looking to attend his address tomorrow.
