There are some new company policies being brought into effect, and I would appreciate you taking the time to go over them.

They include deposits, lateness, no shows, cancellations, fleas and dematting.

Firstly apologies for the lack of interaction, I really needed this past week with my family to reset as have been flat out and with an overwhelming but very appreciative amount of new enquiries, I will be responding to everyone who has contacted over the next few days. 2025 Diary is open!

I want to wish each and every one of you amazing people and pooches the best for this coming new year!

Thank you all for your patience and understanding with the new shop opening. It's been wonderful to groom your precious pooches and meet so many new Dog Caring faces. As you can imagine, it has increased my workload, there has been a few hiccups, so i'm looking forward to increasing the Dog Care team very soon to accommodate 😊

This will be in place from your next groom appointment, most now from December 1st.

New Customer enquiries will have new prices quoted. Any messages before the date/time of this post I'm getting through, will honour the regular previous price with notice for the next appointment as above.
