Today was about building trust and confidence 💫
Being a Romanian rescue and not trusting strangers me and her mummy wasn’t sure exactly how much we would be able to do….slowly and a low approach (on my knees) meant I was able to give her a good deshed brush/rake, trim her feathers/hind legs and neaten up her tail 💜
After some 1:1 she was happy/relaxed I nearly got a kiss 💋

🧡 Ted came in for a little tidy up, scissors work and a wash/dry was all that was needed 🥰

🖤 Oh Luther you are absolutely stunning inside and out 💫
🐾 Mummy wanted to keep him looking like a traditional cocker but without the maintenance so I thinned his ears out, clipped his face/body and thinned his legs out to keep some curls but less density 🟰 less dirt/water absorbed 🙏🏼

After doing veterinary nursing since leaving school (15yrs+!) 👩‍⚕️
I’ve decided to follow my dreams and qualify in 🐾 dog grooming 🐾
From a lifetime of dogs, having 4 still 😝my career couldn’t change too drastically 😂
I’m super excited to share with you my journey and transformations each step of the way.
