I am delighted to introduce James, our new vet joining Jess and I from Monday 21st October.
Many of you will recognise James as he used to see practice with me when he was a vet student . Now a fully fledged Vet, he’s been working in Wales for the past two years ( try not to hold that against him!) and we finally convinced him to come and join our merry band.
As a local Cornishman , he should at least have the benefit of knowing his way around .
I’m sure you will all offer James a warm welcome

UPDATE ☎️

So after HOURS of being on hold today, we have found out it is definitely a network issue with the phones and they can not give us a time estimate on when this will be fixed.

In the meantime…

Emergency’s - call the office number and you will be transferred to the out of hours service and they will forward to the lady’s in the office or the vet.

Non-emergency - email [email protected] and you can communicate with the team that way.

We appreciate this is not ideal but please please be patient with the lady’s in the office!

‼️We are experiencing a problem with our phones this Morning.

We are hoping to get this resolved ASAP . Lines are through to the out of hours service, so if you have an emergency it will be passed to a vet and we will get back to you.

Luckily on Saturday the sun was shining at our favourite show!

We had the best day catching up with our lovely clients and hearing how well you had all done on the day!! Well done to you all 🌟
