‼️‼️Customer notice‼️‼️
Hi everyone, I'd just like to clarify my cancellation policy. Firstly, I completely understand that things come up and it may mean you can't attend your appointment, but please do let me know as soon as you can with as much notice as possible so I can fill your space. Unfortunately, if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, full payment will be required.
Timekeeping/Lateness
I work my diary to a strict schedule to fit you all in, and I understand that traffic, weather conditions, etc can have an unexpected effect on travel time, meaning you may run late. I am always as accommodating as possible and will still fit you in if I can. However, after 15 minutes of your appointment time has passed, your appointment will have to be rescheduled.
Occasionally, I may run early or late, as working with live animals is unpredictable. In this instance, I may ask if you can manage an earlier or later time if this is suitable. If you can't come in any earlier, your original appointment still stands, but please do let me know what suits you best.
Prices / Theft of service
I always aim to keep my prices as low as possible but the cost of products, electricity etc isn't cheap! If you aren't happy with the price then by all means find another groomer that's more suited to your budget....do not collect your dog and tell me you're paying less because you 'only got a trim' - this is theft of service and won't be tolerated. Whether I take 1mm or 1 inch off of the length of your dog's coat makes no difference to the price or time it takes for me to bath, dry, prep and cut your dogs coat - I still have to go over the full body with clippers/scissors. Again, if you're not happy with this, there are other groomers out there who may meet your expectations better.
