We've been a bit quiet lately..... we've been meeting with lots of people who can help us along the way building something that will benefit the families in our community.
We've also taken a bit of time for us as a family and to really look at the best way to deliver our sessions for families to get the most from every session.

Winter is really starting to hit and we are expecting snow next week so please keep an eye on the weather if you have a session next week as it's difficult in adverse weather conditions down the country roads and your safety is paramount to us.

We also just want to thank you for all your support, it's been beyond anything we have ever expected. We love meeting you and your families and hearing your story.

Due to some ongoing works outside the farm (to access the farm) we are a little bit muddy and also because its winter now.
We highly recommend wearing suitable footwear and clothing.

This work will go a long way towards improving access at our farm so please bate with us whilst these are completed

King Barney took centre stage in being helpful today.

Did you know
Barney is a pygmy cross, he's around 7 years old

He joined us from Bramble Hill Glamping woth his sister Wilma in August.

His favourite thing to do is climb. And eat

He loves head scratches

He's a total character and will happily tell you of he's not feeling social.

His favourite human is Hayley (we think this is because she's thenehad scraper and food bringer)

We had the privilege of meeting cousellor Rich Maw today. We talked SEN, families and animals. We value his support of our little farm and can't wait to welcome him back in the future!

Just a bit of quiet?
We've got you covered.

Not everyone is academic, not everyone can do tests, not everyone functions in standard school.

Facts about Torvi

💜 Torvi is 4 years old
💗 She is a Gypsy Vanner Cob
😊 She was super poorly as a foal but survived and is now thriving
😘 She has lived with us since she was 6 months old (so she's super used to smaller humans)
🥰 Torvi drops her head so little humans can kiss her nose
💙She grows the most spectacular mustache

She is my favourite animal on the farm. She's my absolute best friend and I'd trust this animal with my life.
It's why I trust her around you all ❤️

This something I wholeheartedly agree with..... raising children that have kindness and empathy is wonderful but raising children who are independent and strong enough to question what they don't think is right rather than turn a blind eye..... thats how we change the world.

I believe in our next generation and I believe in our ability to raise these children.

Seeing the amazing things the children and their families are capable of...... I know things are changing.

We all just need more belief in our own abilities and the bravery to question what we don't think is right.

Just a few short weeks ago our community lost a little boy, a mother lost her son.

So today we want urge all our followers to help this family give this amazing little boy the funeral he would have loved in life.

No family should ever lose a child and if us, as a community can ease this burden then please do.
Please donate, share and send love their way.
No one plans to lose a child so funeral costs become so difficult in what is a horrific time

Today brought Otis and Ophelia to our farm with their mum & dad, it was so lovely to spend time with them and I produce them to all the animals.
The little goats and Ravioli particularly loved their visits and King Barney decided that he would love to pose for a photo.

We love seeing little happy faces (and big ones too)

Just a quick post to say we are sorry for the delay in replying to messages, it's really busy at the farm currently and we don't get signal up there.
It's also half term and we have 7 children so home is chaos too (we thrive in it can you tell?)
We are trying g to balance work with family time so replies may be slower this week but rest assured we will get back to you as soon as we can

Today we caught up with Farmer Fynn who came along with his brother Jacob!
Jacob and Ben soon became best friends whilst Fynn spread the kindness he exudes to our Trainee Farmer Sofia!

The kindness and care with boys showed to our animals is wonderful, they are kind, intelligent caring boys and we cannot wait to see them again!

Our 2 sessions today brought a lovely young lady called Evie to spend some time working with Torvi. Throughout the session her confidence grew, we had some amazing discussions and found out about her amazing talent in art!

The second session of the day brought Miller and Harley to the farm to meet the animals! We had sensory fun! Fed the animals and got goat kisses.

Another lovely afternoon meeting some really amazing families ❤️
