Following on from yesterdays post about no shows and late cancellations I have set up an account on a website which is where all bookings will take place from now on, on there you can fill out all your pets details and view pricing and different groom options, it also has all my policies. It also takes a deposit before every groom and if you don't turn up it allows me to charge straight to your bank the full price for the missed groom. Cancellations made in under 48 hours will be required to pay 50%. I hope you all understand this is not how I wanted to run the business but I won't have a business to run if people keep not turning up and then refuse to pay. I will send a link to every new booking. You will also receive a reminder to hopefully minimise the no shows

Just a reminder that I am a business and this is my only job. The past few weeks there's been a huge increase in no shows. There are weeks where I am loosing £100+ Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or no shows are required to pay. I am currently setting up a new booking method which is not what I wanted this to come to but now with every booking a deposit will be required

Pretty Lily came for a groom today and brought the adorable Guinness with her 🥰 he was such a superstar for his first puppy introduction and once he was groomed he went inside and had a nap on my daughter's bed while Lily had her groom 🥺 both such cuties
