We have had a brilliant response to our recent appeal for fosterers but are still looking to add to our team. We have a few cats like Tommy here who really need a quiet home to gain some confidence before they can be rehomed. If you think you can help us help cats like Tommy please drop us a message 🙏

Can you imagine living in an alleyway between 2 houses, living on top of an old discarded sports bag and other rubbish? 😢
We received a call asking for our help and of course we said yes! We couldn't leave these poor kittens and their mum out on the streets, worrying where their next meal was coming from, or if mum cat was going to come back.
When mum and kittens arrived in our care they were very scared and worried. There is also a very high chance of mum being pregnant again 💔

These girls are between 9-13 years old and we cannot stress how friendly and lovely these girls are!
If you are looking for a lap cat who will be your little shadow then one of these girls would be the perfect girl for you!!
They all have there own personalitys all different but very much alike!
Don't let the look of them put you off we had to have them shaved due to bad coat condition, when it grows back they well be glorious long haired cats!
These girls can either be rehomed in a pair we feel would work or on their own

As our followers are aware, we actively support colonies within the community to reduce numbers, help poorly cats and prevent reproduction as much as possible. This takes time, patience, specialist kit and most importantly sardines!
This little munchkin didn’t fancy eating the sardines in our traps last night but was delighted we left them behind for him/her. Our teams will be back to this colony today, hoping the rain doesn’t put them off our delicious sardines and promises of a happier, healthier future.
Supporting colonies is expensive. This is a rough costing of a night out:
Trap £70-£100 each (we had three in use at this colony)
Carriers to transfer cats safely from traps £35
Sardines, catnip and other enticing treats £5 per night
Crate (for while they await a vet trip) £50
Neuter £40-£50
Food until healed £2 a day
Litter until healed £2 a week
The reassurance knowing that they’re off the street and treated by professionals…priceless.

APPEAL FOR BIG BERTHA
Bertha arrived in rescue way back in September.
We aren’t sure what had happened to her but she was a snarling swiping hissing unhappy lady who was almost put into the feral category.
We decided she needed a chance and released her into the home....
Fast forward four months and she is a different cat. Still not a cuddly lap cat but has come on leaps and bounds, has even allowed a vet check and there is no reason she won’t keep improving!
Cats- She doesn’t mix with them but they don’t bother her it she would perhaps like a home to herself or with one male
Dogs- They aren’t important to her she is superior
Toddlers- She hides away and re-emerges once they have gone
Here she is this morning, she jumped up on to the bed for a fuss and now comes complete with purr ❤️

Lola 😻 Purr-fect haven foster cat. She is a retired 5 year old British short hair who is looking for her forever home. She loves a good stroke and is such a sweetheart. She loves her food and catnip toys. Her coat needs grooming and is getting better. Please do your research on the breed as they do need grooming more. - would be better either on her own or with one other laid back cat. - indoor only. - will need patience to let her come round to get to know you - she is up to date on flea and worming. - will be neutered before leaving. -children over the age of 10 who are calm and know how to respect animals - no dogs Home checks will apply & rehoming fee
