With prices increasing across pretty much everything i will now be taking 25% of the groom as a NON REFUNDABLE deposit and the other 75% when ive groomed your dog this is because alot of people are now cancelling OR rescheduling the grooms on the day of the booking either over messenger or when i turn up at your doors. I understand things come up which is why i dont charge a cancelation fee but recently its constantly happening and im loosing out. I have allocated each customer a time and have still travelled to get to you which means ive made an unnecessary journey which has still cost me for me to be left with nothing. Prices have gone up for me too. We are all in the same boat. So for someone who is self employed trying to get by this is something i have to do to secure me too.I hope you can all understand.
