Please Note - The Owners Association was suspended in 2020 due to the Covid pandemic.
To be re-started it needs interested people to form a Committee to take it forward.

Previous benefits, events and activities that were popular involved free car parking, discounts of the restaurant and executive boxes, monthly dog and bitch of the month, social evening and an annual awards dinner and dance.

So, if anyone is interested in volunteering to form a committee, message me here and I will pass on the details to the management at the track.

JOB OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for kennel staff to work in a growing and busy racing kennel located in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.

This will include carring out a full range of animal care duties including feeding, exercising, cleaning out, bathing and racing!

Both a driving license and experience with animals is essential.

General working hours will be 7-3, plus racing which is an essential and exciting part of the role! The position does involve some weekend & evening work but this is shared out amongst the team.

📣 OWNERS UPDATE REMINDER: Owners return to Owlerton 🙌

While the gates to Owlerton open wide from the 18th May for our lovely customers, Owners returned from 12th April, to watch their beloved Greyhounds do what they were born to do at the track!

👉 It is essential you call our bookings team at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your spot trackside - we can’t allow walk-ins just yet we’re afraid.

👉 Please note there will be no food or drink outlets open until the 18th of May.

We can’t thank you all enough for your patience and we would like to extend our gratitude to all the Owners who have stuck it out and remained loyal to their hounds!

📣 OWNERS UPDATE REMINDER

🙌 Owners see a return to Owlerton

While the gates to Owlerton open wide from the 18th May for our lovely customers, we will see Owners returning much sooner from the 12th April!
It feels like a lifetime since Owners and Customers graced the terraces but there isn’t long now and we're certainly chomping at the bit to see some normality.
We can’t thank you all enough for your patience and we would like to extend our gratitude to all the Owners who have stuck it out and remained loyal to their hounds!

We have worked hard with the local authority to see this come to fruition and we are pleased to say that as of 12th April you can once again come and watch your beloved Greyhound do what it was born to do at the track!

There will of course be safety measures in place as there were last time and stringent checks to ensure we're doing our part in seeing a return to normality coupled with the preservation of safety and wellbeing. It will be essential you call our bookings team at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your spot trackside - we can’t allow walk-ins just yet we’re afraid. Please note there will be no food or drink outlets open until the 18th of May.

Once again, thank you to our customers, please bear with us a little longer, not long now! Also, a massive thank you to our Owners who have been so supportive and patient this past year, see you in a few weeks!
