Hi Everyone, as some of you know, Telford Pet Services & Woof n Ready Agility Club have been asked to run the dog show at Cuan Wildlife Hospital Open Day again. Save the date SATURDAY 26th JULY.
We would like to do an agility demonstration again too and offer a 'have-a-go' afterwards.
Would you like to be involved? We need people who will join in the demo (this is available for newbies as well as people who have been doing it for a while).
Could you help in other ways?
1. Help transport some jumps and tunnels on Friday afternoon or evening. Then return them to the field on Saturday 5ish.
2. Help me set up the rings, fences and equipment on Friday pm and take down Saturday pm.
3. Help to run the demo. Collate participants info. Call names and compare over tannoy. Put jumps up and down
4. Help to run the have-a-go. Take people's money. Ensure they are using equipment correctly eg not making dogs jump too high.
5. Help me run the dog show. Taking entrants money, booking in.
6. Being a runner. Kissing between the dog show ring and the Scurry and Agility rings to make sure everyone is ok and has everything they need.
You can offer to help for the full day or just a few hours.

On Friday Ziggy & Helig were lucky to have won a visit to Happy Hounds of Newport . They had a great time in the fields and Helig especially loved jumping on the huge tree trunks. The fields will open in a couple of weeks time.

Marley had a great day at in Holmes Chapel. He got a clear round in the Steeplechase coming 6th. He did some great work in the agility and jumping too. He got all his contacts, did some good tunnel entries and even managed to sit in the start line!! Just need to master the weaves now 🤦‍♀️
