🪳It’s flea and tick season, please make sure your dogs are all up to date with treatments.

☀️Keep an eye on the times of day you’re walking your dogs - remember heat stroke can be deadly.

🌱Watch out for grasseeds!! Remember as the grass dries out these come back, again, if you need help removing them please message me!

🌞With the warm weather coming please be aware I am super super busy, please try and book in advance where possible!

✈️Please also be aware I am on holiday week beginning 10th June for a week, so leading up to this and after is getting fully booked. Please book asap if your dogs groom falls in June.

⏳Remember that if you cancel within 48 hours notice I do require payment in FULL - this applies to everyone as I will not have time to fill your slot in such short notice.

🐾 I am more than happy to do this and currently do this for most of you and works really well. (Especially if you feel you forget to book your fur baby in).

📔 Just send over what days/times work best for you and how many weeks you’d like between appointments. I’ll then send over some dates and just let me know if you can/can’t make them. I just ask for plenty of notice if you cannot make appointments.

🌻🎗️Hey everyone,

As some of you know I had my surgery for endometriosis today.

Therefore I have to take 2 weeks off for recovery (potentially more depending on how I go). Please be aware that this will cause a lot of backlog. I also may not be on my phone much during this recovery so please also be aware of this as I need to rest.

I’m unsure on any situations with larger and difficult dogs at this time.

I apologise for any inconvenience, I’m hoping for a speedy recovery and to be back looking after everyone’s dogs soon.

PLEASE READ

Hiya everyone!

Sadly, I have been confirmed to have 2 surgeries this year. One being within 4 months time (anytime now) and the other around 5 months (possibly sooner but unsure).

Please be aware that for both of these I will need at least 2 weeks off each and therefore slots for dogs around this time is going to be very chaotic.

I don’t yet have any confirmed dates but as soon as I do I will be in contact with everyone to move slots if needed.

Please bare with me at this hard time and I will do my absolute best to accommodate everyone the best I can.

‼️‼️ TERMS AND CONDITIONS ‼️‼️

**Please note: By booking your dog in with me, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions**

BATHS & FULL GROOMS:
Every client is individually priced due to behaviour, coat condition etc. Please let me know if you need to change from a bath/full groom as this could free up space for another client.

PAYMENT:
I only accept cash or bank transfer payments.
All dogs must be paid for BEFORE leaving the salon (whilst having groom or on collection). I do not accept bank transfers once your dog has left the salon (once home) and if this is the case then an extra fee may be added on collection.
If you do not have sufficient funds to pay for your groom, DO NOT book your dog in until you do.

TEETH & EARS:
Teeth cleaning is an added extra, as well as ear plucking & cleaning. (Please message for pricing)
Please let me know BEFORE/WHILST BOOKING your appointment if you’d like either of these services so I can add extra time.

MATTING & FLEAS:
I do have additional fees for matting (£5-20 depending on severity). Matting and knots can cause many health hazards to your dog and in some cases can be very severe!
If your dog comes in with fleas I do have an added charge of £10 to have a flea bath and de-flea the salon.
If you ever need any advice please again, just message me.

LATE FEES/NO SHOWS:
If you no show to an appointment I do require full price if given less than 48 hours notice. If you no show more than 3 times, you will be completely taken off my books and not allowed to rebook.
If you are more than half an hour late for picking up your dog then there will be added fees (£8 for half an hour, an extra £5 every 15 minutes after this). I do not have facilities for more than one dog family in the salon.
If you are 15 minutes late (or more) to an appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and I do require payment in full.
You MUST give me 48 hours or more notice if you cannot make your appointment. I will try to send a reminder of 24 hours notice however it is YOUR responsibility to remember your appointments. If you cancel at the time of the reminder, I still require full payment.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel within 48 hours notice, I will require 100% of the groom price. This is due to time wasters and I hope is understood.

BOOKINGS:
Please remember there is only one of me and hundreds of dogs. Allow AT LEAST 3 weeks to book in, or book in advance which is advised. I am so busy and I will not be squeezing anyone in last minute as it’s not fair on pre booked clients to rush their grooms.
If you feel there is something I need to be reminded of about your dog (sensitive skin, specifics with the haircut etc) please let me know on drop off.
If I do not answer your call please just send a text or leave a voicemail. I will reply to these asap.

These terms apply to EVERYONE no matter the circumstances, it’s just to help me and my business work smoothly for all my clients. By booking in with me you’re agreeing to these terms.
