Did you know? Dogs licking releases happy hormones and re directs their focus - therefore for a nervous dog this is great! It is also a way for a dog to reduce stress ☺️ what’s not to love ❤️
There are many dog friendly food to use on lickimats such as wet dog food, sweet potatoe, peanut butter (dog safe of course) and natural yogurts 😜 yummy

Hope everyone has had a lovely festive break - I have been unwell for some of it which has meant I’ve not been as productive as I hoped.

A rainy day = perfect day for a snuffle mat ☔️
❤️What is a snuffle mat? - A snuffle mat is a toy normally made of fleece material or fabrics which helps encourage a dog to use their sense of smell to find hidden treats 😋

❤️What do you do with a snuffle mat? - Pop treats (dry) or your dogs kibble which might be a whole meal or part of it and then hide that into the snuffle mat. You can made it as hard or easy as you like🦴

❤️Who is a snuffle mat for? - a snuffle mat can be used by a dog of any age, make sure you always supervise 👀

❤️Perfect to keep your pooch entertained on a horrible rainy day, 20 minutes of sniffing enrichment is equivalent to an hours lead walk for a dog 🐾
