Groomers lung, hair splinters, conjunctivitis, bunged up snout and so much more.
Nobody knows how much a groomer suffers. I have invested( as seen on many grooming sites) in a very fetching piece of headwear to help combat all aforementioned issues.
No laughing please🤦‍♀️🤣

It's been a busy week with this lovely lot since I've been back from my holiday however.....................
Cost of living price increases, particularly utilities, mean we are all trying to save money, me included.
For some this means that having their dogs groomed , wormed and flea treated is no longer top priority and regular grooms are being missed( I'm talking about 6-8 weekly becoming 3-4 monthly or even longer).
Consequently it's not rocket science to realise that the groom can and does take much longer . I have had to reluctantly admit that I can no longer charge the same price for something that takes almost twice as long.
Flea infestation has also had a huge impact on Fur Doos this week, financially and in time management. It has cost me a significant sum to flea treat the cabin and its contents and cancel the next booked grooms so as not to cross contaminate .
I cannot and will not bear this financial hit and as agreed in the disclaimer that you have all signed, that cost will be passed onto the customer whose dog is infested .
I am sorry for such a long post but please be a responsible dog owner, for their sake as well as my sanity🐾🐾
P.S.none of this is applicable to any of these beauties!!
