I really need everyone's help please! When I first started up as a professional dog walker, Emma at Grandma Farm helped me massively by having such amazing facilities for me to take my gang knowing they where safe to run freely and have fun! Unfortunately she is having trouble from the council who are threatening to close her secure field π’ Could I ask all my clients who have either used the field them selves or who's dog I've taken to draft a letter stating how it has helped you and you're dog. For example it's given you peace of mind knowing I'm taking them to somewhere secure! If you need any help drafting it please message me and I'll try and send out a template that you can just edit to suit your own circumstances. Once written if you message me and I can come and collect it or you can post it to the farm directly and I'll provide an address. The field is used by many other dog walkers and lots of members of the public and it would be a massive loss to us all if it was to close π’ Thank you in advance and please contact me if you need to know anything else!

Hi all, regarding the secure pet field, we were informed initially by the council that we did not require planning permission, BUT due to a complaint the council have now approached us to say that planning permission is now required. We are trying our best to put our case forward for planning permission to be granted. Therefore, we would very much appreciate, to make the case stronger, some evidence from you all to state to the council how you and your lovely four legged friends benefit from using the field. We are in the process of putting a petition together for signatures, we would also appreciate written letters to include your name, signature, date and a brief description of why you feel the field should remain open. These can posted into the farm bungalow letterbox. The sooner the better for the letters so we can send them altogether. Thank you very much we will try our best to keep the pet field open. Emma ππΎ
