Good evening all.
Many of you will have met Frances (my mum) who regularly helps cover holidays etc.
Frances has now moved from Scotland into Sleaford and will be a more familiar face around the Cattery.
Will (camera shy!) is also looking forward to helping out more after his GCSE’s so will be another familiar face.
Hope everyone has enjoyed the lovely weather today.

Good morning on this lovely sunny day! Our daffodils have opened in the Cattery so a real feel of spring is near!
I’m sat having a cuppa and doing some paperwork watching Skittles moving around the room following the sunshine, can’t blame him at all!
Remember if you have any dates you are still thinking of getting booked, please let me know as it’s going to be a busy one this year!

Cat entertainment in full swing!

I do love seeing the feeders in the cherry tree being appreciated. I counted 9 blue t**s, 2 blackbirds and a robin this morning. (Oh and 2 chickens picking off what’s dropped!)
The birds are great mental stimulation for the cats. A lot of the cats spend time sat on the shelves either inside in the warm looking out their windows, or on their shelves in their exercise runs keeping an eye on the birds.
We had a great spotted woodpecker on the feeder in our garden which was lovely to see. No photo of that one as a little too far away!

Happy new year to all our lovely customers!
Well a lot of you have hit the new year running and we have had a busy few days booking holiday dates for your fur babies.
So just a little nudge to get any dates booked in. We already have very little availability for school holidays.
I have the diary open so get those dates in!

Morning all.
As some of you are aware harvest has started on the farm. Can I please ask that when you come to the Cattery can you keep an eye out for the tractors.
Where possible please give way to them.
If you arrive and there is no space on the car park can you please use our driveway and not park on the verge as this does obstruct the lane for them.
When leaving be prepared that they will be going up and down the lane.

Evening all.
We are in full swing of a fully booked cattery for the rest of the summer.
Can I politely ask that if your plans change, can you let me know as soon as possible if your booking is no longer needed. We have a fairly full cancellation list, for the summer holidays especially, that we can help fill if dates come available.
We understand that illness and emergencies happen. Please let us know as no shows will result in us sending an invoice for the full booking amount as as a small business this loss of income has a massive effect.

Another beautiful day here at Church View Cattery.
The summer diary has very little space left, if you are still looking to book please let me know.
Our 2024 diary is open for bookings and summer is filling fast.
We’ve taken some photos of some current guests (when they stay still long enough!) enjoying sitting watching the birds in the trees.

Evening all.
Just a note to say apologies for the lack of communication this last week-10 days.
I’ve eventually been caught by the covid virus and it made me pretty poorly.
I’m now back up to managing work and will get round to all the voicemails emails etc over the next few days.
As always a huge thank you to the family for holding the fort over a super busy time, and thank you for your understanding!
