Just to confirm I'm still open and taking bookings, fortunately the flood work won't effect the grooming Parlour so business as usual. There will be a different entrance at the side to keep the building work totally separate when the work starts. Thanks 😊 x

All Ready for Wednesday
There will be precaution instructions on the door when u arrive, but please if you or anyone in your family are showing symptoms please do not turn up for the appointment.
If u can just come into outside area only and take lead and collar off and take with you, you can secure your dog in the crate provided or leave loose as the area is secure, I will come and get him/her as u leave, we can talk from a safe distance or through the glass, all the bells, door handles cages and grooming parlour will be disinfected between each dog or multiple dogs from the same family. The dogs will be sprayed with a pet safe anti viral spray on entering and leaving the parlour. Any concerns please get in touch. Lisa xx

Hi, for all of you that's worried your dogs are getting long, if u can keep them well brushed this will really help with keeping them cool, trim round eyes and bums if needed but the rest will be fine, if you aren't able to keep well brushed, matts will be clipped out once lockdown is lifted, maybe not what you want but it's kinder for the dog, matting won't hurt for a few more weeks it's not going to harm them for a short time. Buying clippers other than professional dog ones at round £170/200 won't do the job, also there's risk of cutting the dogs skin so I advise you save your money and wait till we r allowed to reopen. Happy to help with any other concerns just give me a ring, hoping it won't be too much longer 🤞🏼🤞🏼 stay safe x
