I'm afraid I didn't get many pictures today, very sorry. I was so glad the sun came out though and we had some lovely walks with lots of sniffing, exploring and spotting the fairy houses that have been appearing in the woods. 😀

Finished the day trying to hide from the drizzley rain in the woods 🤣 it sort of worked and we had lots of fun exploring paths we haven't been down for a long time and making our own paths through the trees 😀

This group had lots of fun zooming and chasing 😀 we had another birthday boy today! I love knowing when birthdays are we always have a little sing 😀 Pablo turned 5 today, iv been lucky enough to have known him since he was around 6 months old and I have no idea where those years have gone!

A nice explore in the woods before the rain 🤣 lots of zoomies from the youngest in the group while the other 3 pottered around like little old men enjoying the sniffs and an occasional jog, none of them are old but if that's what they like to do then that's what we do. We met some friends on the way round and everyone said hello very nicely before carrying on exploring 😀

Pablo thinks treats should come for free and at a significantly higher frequency than they currently do 🤣
Good quality high value treats are so important to any training but they do have to be earnt 🤣 they all get lots of opportunities to get rewards on our walks and love to work out how to earn more. There is also the occasional attempt at theft from the cheeky ones 🤣🤣

We got very wet this morning, it wasn't raining when we started so I didn't put everyone's coats on 🙈 I'm very lucky to be part of lots of group chats with lots of other very supportive local dog walkers, we had an incredible live traffic report from the whole area this morning so although we did get stuck in some traffic it was no where near as bad as it could've been. The girls had a great time and loved splashing in all of the puddles before having a nice pj party on the way home to get dry.

A lovely explore with the boys this morning they found all the very best sniffs, enjoyed running around and while one of them enjoyed flinging himself in puddles and getting muddy the other worked on finding the least muddy route possible 🤣

Morning exploring 😀

I finished my day with a lovely training session with my boy 😀 iv not done much training with him for a very long time but he seemed to really enjoy it today so hopefully I will keep my promise to myself and actually do more things with him this year 😂😀🥰 p.s. don't tell him he's a pony, I'm sure he thinks he's just a big dog 🤣

A moment of zoomies this morning 🤣

Looks like someone loves muddy puddles 🤣 he wasn't so keen on having the mud washed off but he enjoyed a trip home wearing some nice drying pj's, unfortunately I forgot to take a pic but he looked very cosy 😀😂

An interesting attempt at problem solving this morning. I always like to let the dogs problem solve a bit by themselves, it helps their confidence and as long as they are not stressed or in danger I'm happy for them to try. Ted couldn't work out how to get back to the path today and this was his very unconventional method of getting back to me 🤣 Glad he made it but if he had needed me at any point I would've been straight over to help him, if needed I would've even jumped in the river to help him. But I know he can swim well so I thought I'd see if he could work it out by himself. Maybe we will all just use the bridge next time though!!

Congratulations to baby Bruno for taking his first steps towards earning off lead privilege 👏 he was an absolute superstar. Over the next few weeks I will start teaching him to come to a whistle as well as his name 😀 superstar

Moments like this makes all the hard work so worth it! She's gone from having 0 recall around water and distractions to this! She no longer gets overstimulated by everything and has realised being with me is the best thing ever 🤣 This time last year she couldn't be off lead and now she's out here showing off, helping me with nervous dogs and her fabulous owners have even let me borrow her a few times when I need pictures and videos to help me with my training. I love every aspect of my job but seeing dogs learn and progress really is the best thing ever!
