I had another fantastic 1:1 with Karen from Odi Bear Pet Care today—one of my incredible mentees who’s absolutely flying right now! Seriously, she’s got enquiries, meet & greets, and bookings coming out of her ears (and possibly her hat, too, if she wore one).

These days, we’re mostly catching up for a monthly maintenance session—just a friendly check-in so she can ask any burning questions and make sure she’s still on track. Honestly, she’s so ready to fly the nest and take the world of pet care by storm!

I couldn’t be prouder of how far she’s come. Watching Karen’s business grow from the ground up has been an absolute joy (cue the proud mentor moment).
