We are back!

Good evening, everyone! Or good morning (depending on when you are seeing this)

Our shop is now in holiday mode. Due to the number of orders you lovely people have placed, I am closing the store early to make sure I get the orders this week. So with that, we have had to close the store a little earlier than planned.

I wanted to take this moment to say thank you to each and every one of you who has, liked, commented, followed, shared, or even purchased a ChosenByKai product. We wouldn't be here without you.

We have loved seeing the photos of all the items I have made over the years on your gorgeous furbabies.

All remaining orders will be made and sent this week. Please note I am one person and making all these items. But I am getting through them as quickly as possible.

Every year, I try and prepare stock of what I think will be popular (based on the previous year) and oh my! you all through the assumption out the window!

Please note that CBK store will be closed from midnight of the 10th of December.

I would not like a repeat of last year. Honestly, last year was so stressful when none of it was my fault. Myself and other small businesses really did struggle with the postal service and the strikes that were happening. Unfortunately, most of the blame and stress from customers wanting their orders were aimed at us small businesses rather than the postal service. I completely understand wanting your order, but when my part was complete and handed to the postal service, it was all down to them to complete the journey.

I nearly didn't reopen my shop in January. This is how bad it got.

So, learning from last year, I am closing the shop earlier. This gives me more time to make sure the orders go out on time, and more time between the shop closing and reopening to relax. As the last time the shop was closed was April.

I love this small business, and I love all of you. You have made this business what it is. And I thank you all for the likes, shares, comments and orders you have made over the 2 years we have been open.
January 1st 2024 will be our 3rd Birthday.
