Christmas is our busiest time of the year and once we’re fully booked, we’re fully booked! or we’ll end up like this on Christmas Day! 🤣

Hiya all. We have had a growing number of no show appointments over the last few weeks and it is crippling on a small business like us and unfair on our lovely groomers who end up having to sit around waiting until their next client comes in.

We do not take deposits, or charge a late cancellation or no show fee.

We know life can be hectic sometimes and things happen which is why we are very accommodating and will always try to move you around and fit you in when your plans change- even with short notice- but when it’s a simple no show we no longer have enough time to fill the slot you haven’t turned up to. We send 48 hour text reminders so it’s very frustrating that these no shows keep occurring

We are a very relaxed salon when it comes to changing and moving appointment’s around so please have some consideration for our small business and our groomers that work incredibly hard - sometimes late into the evening - to accommodate your busy schedules and get you an appointment you request as soon as possible.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support us and trust us with your beautiful fur babies- your are more then appreciated! 🤍🐾

The pups truly loved every bit of it (and so did we 🤣) It was a great way to get them to learn how to socialise with one another and they all went home exhausted after non stop playing for 2 hours ✨

Remember, if it’s too hot for your hands or your bare feet, then it’s too hot for their paw pads! ⚠️

If you’re unsure whether it’s okay to let your pet go for a walk on pavements, a simple way to test the temperature is by holding your bare skin on the tarmac for five seconds ⏱️

If you find it painful, then your pet will find it painful to walk on!

To protect your pet, it’s best to avoid walks during the hottest part of the day, which is usually between 8am and 6pm. If you can't safely exercise your dog, missing a day won't hurt.

Hello everyone hope you are all enjoying your bank holiday weekend
Just a little heads up in the next coming weeks will be hosting puppy parties!! They will be held at the salon where you can drop off your pup/pups for two hours for play sessions with ourselves and other pups(someone’s got to do it😂)
These play sessions are designed to encourage socialisation from an early age also reduce any separation anxiety and have fun and lots of love from us😀
They will leave the party with a party bag and probably a desire for a well needed rest!!
