What is N’duja?
Say it with us… ‘en-DOO-yah’!
This fiery, spreadable salami hails from Calabria in Southern Italy and it’s one of the best things to ever happen to cured meat. Made with pork, chilli, and spices – it’s rich, smoky, spicy and utterly addictive.
We’re proud to stock a British take on this Italian classic from the brilliant team at down in Dorset – their English N’duja is packed full of traditional flavour, but with a unique and delicious local twist!
We serve ours on toasted sourdough with roasted red peppers – but there’s so much more you can do with this versatile wonder. Stir it through pasta, melt it on pizza, mix it into scrambled eggs, or even add it to your cheeseboard for a spicy surprise.
Sunday lunch idea?
Pair a spoonful of N’duja with a glass of Sage’s Ortega – its pineapple and citrus notes slice beautifully through the spice, and if you’re feeling bold, throw in a handful of our chilli & garlic olives for the ultimate flavour combo.
