On arrival a quick health check will be carried out on your dog so that I can check for any skin conditions or lumps and bumps that he/she may have. I will also check for any matting in the coat before bathing. I will also ask you to complete a new customer form which will confirm your contact details, together with details of any health issues or specific needs your dog may have. I am honest, trustworthy and reliable and aim to provide the very best of care for both you and your dog and make the grooming process as stress free as possible.
