Nearly 1 year of our Sunday walk and talks Heart & Sole ❤️ you ladies are amazing

I am proud to say our first Heart & Sole walk and talk was such a success. Seven ladies turning up has made me so proud. Well done to you all and thank you for making this happen. I am so grateful to you all and looking forward to next week's walk and talk.

Good afternoon ladies. I'm having issues lately signing into this account.
Anyway got there today.
Sunday walks have been changed to 10.30am at Southwark Park Bandstand. These are longer walk and talks for the fitter ladies.
Mondays walk and talk is low impact and meeting at Southwark Park Cafe at 10am. All ladies welcome to come and join us for a lovely Heart & Sole all female walk and talk group. ❤️

Our Monday Heart & Sole low impact walk and talk was amazing this week. We missed a few of our regular lovely ladies and gained a few new lovely ladies this week. Silly me I didn't get a photo though. Too bisy chatting for over two hours 😂. Still there was eight of us taking over Southwark Park Pavilion Cafè cafe and of course Albert the Dachshund eating his ham as usual. Its so great that on both our walks we are getting more and more wonderful ladies joining us. Please joing our page, Heart & Sole, check out our posts and ask any questions. We walk, we talk, we laugh, we moan, we have a cuppa and cake and we support eachother. Oh and we laugh more ❤️

I'm so happy to say I can finally rejoin our Sunday Heart & Sole walk and talk group. I've been missing all the lovely ladies these past few weeks due to an operation. Luckily I've been able able to keep up on the Monday low impact walks.
So Sunday meeting at 11am Southwark Park Bandstand and Monday 10am meeting at Southwark Park Cafe. All ladies welcome. Heart & Sole ❤️

Two very different walk and talks over two day for our Heart & Sole group. One sunny 🌞 and one very wet ☔️. But we do say we walk and talk come rain or shine and this weekend has proved it ❤️. We even had a few cuties along the way. Heart & Sole
