Had to do a pop in , willow accompanied me to my mums to let her georgous two dogs Maxey & Maiden out 🐾🐶.

Watch out muddy paws everywhere 🤣😂 don't think they were to pleased about the weather today 😅

Good afternoon all my lovely clients; there is no doubt in my mind that everyone should of seen or read the horrible situation that happened to the dog walker with the 7/8 dogs last week in the park

I would just like to reassure everyone that my maximum number of dogs I will take out at one time is 4 , I will always make sure that all the dogs get on with each other and they are comfortable with each other . I will no matter what never take more than I can handle as I would never ever want to put myself or any of clients dogs at risk of being labelled agressive / nasty ect ! Accidents unfortunately can happen however I pride myself to always take the up most care with everyone's animals! If you are concerned about any issue at all please feel free to talk to me at any time as I will of course help where I can !

Good afternoon everyone!
So as everyone will know i require all my clients dogs to wear an ID tag on for safety reasons while out on walks . To mention it's also the law of your dog is out and about to have details on them!

I have had my own Resin Tags made that will be clipped on to your dog(s) for their walking session the reasons I have chosen to do this is ...

Some of my clients spend their walks off lead and if there's an emergency such as dog has ran away or escaped especially if the client is at work and can't get hold of them there is another contact number (my tag) on their collar if they were to be found!
Of course I have emergency numbers for everyone so please do not fret as I take extra care of everyone's pets. But it's better to be safe than sorry . Clients who I also pet sit will wear one of these for the duration of their stay at mine again as they are In my care they need my number on them if the worse should happen ☺️

This is not a replacement tag for your own tags so please don't remove your dogs tag from them as it is vital they have your information on too !

I will start to use them next week !

Can I just remind everyone that while December is fun for us with potential snow fall this time of year as well as the ice and frost . It does also mean that the salt machines will be out if the weather takes a sudden turn please remember to not walk your dogs on public pathway near roads where salt is prone as this will burn pups paws . Try to stick to fields where possible. If your dog does walk in salt just remembered to give their paws a rinse once home as else fails you could get snow protection boots . , remember coats for thin coated dogs is a must as well as not having them out too long .

While we are on the subject of December , as it closer to Christmas more and more pet shops will start selling rawhide Xmas shaped chews please please DO NOT buy them for your dogs , they are dangerous let alone toxic as they don't digest in a dog stomach meaning they sit in their tummy and swell everytime you dog drinks water or eats food . I have known too many dogs to have to go for surgery to remove rawhide from their digestive tract , not to mention the added colours they use to get the bright colour as well as glue to keep some stuck together.

Seren is a 1 year old Wiggy (whippet x Italian greyhound) who is very nervous but as sweet as can be ! 🐾

Luna is a 4 year old Ragdoll, love her cream & chocolate colouring to her blue eyes such a contrast! She love the attention 🐈

Morning walk with Blu he loved the pond with the Koi fish I'm and the fountain and just when he thought it couldn't get any better he then found a huge pile of leaves that he rolled and dived into . Hes such a cutie pie 💓

It's got to that time of year again where it's dark by 4/4.30pm so to make sure my clients and I are visible I am wearing my hi Vis tops and my clients will be wearing a flashing tag or dog collar

Ellie is a 9 year old Staffy x Rhodesian Ridgeback who is very laid back and chilled

Rosie is a Jug ( Jack Russell x Pug) and is only 18 weeks old who is the complete opposite of Ellie and is a little ball of energy 🤭😂😂

This is after 4 sessions of walking . While he does still get slightly distracted he puts his attention straight back onto me . ☺️

Fun fact about Marley is he loves eating stones so this is very positive to see him ignoring the patch of stones we walked past.

I'm not asking for him to be focused on me the whole walk as he would find this boring , but as long as the lead is slack and remains by my side and looks anytime I say his name then this is fine.

So in just 4 sessions Marley has gone from pulling like a freight train to walking by my heal . While he is still young it's easy for him to become distracted but he did really well in paying attention. Lots of treats and fuss where given thought the walk .

So after starting my business up 4 /5 years ago . Finally I now have business cards and advertisement posters.

It's been a long time coming but better late then never .

Keep an eye out for my posters around Crowland , Peterborough, Paston , Cowbit and Spalding.

Business cards will be handed out once I get 100 more completed so I will have some to hand out to new clients and others will be posted through doors around local areas 😊

Hello my lovely clients so over past few weeks everyone has been asking what my services include so I thought I would list them here .

🐾 Dog walking - This is around your local area for as long as required which is usually
60 minutes
45 minutes
30 minutes
Are most popular.
This can be either solo or duo or group walks .

🐾 Pet sitting - depends on the situation whether I look after your pet at your house or mine. For animals such as cats , large dogs , birds I normally advise house vists. I can accommodate small to medium dogs, rodents This can be for as many days as needed however there may be extra cost if I have to make a journey. Owner and Animal are first priority so will be as flexible as possible.

🐾 House visits - This is usually day visits if owners are at work , this includes letting the animal out for toilet privileges, playing with them or cuddles , water bowl top up , feeding , walk . Able to do is as many time as need during a day!

🐾 Days out - take one of my clients somewhere to explore such as a pet shop , dog park , field , beach.

🐾 Training - From as little as 9 weeks old basic , sit , stay , heal , leave it , wait , watch me ,

When old enough to go out then heal , loose leash walking using nothing but slip lead , agility, recall , whistle recall . As well as giving tips on enrichment.

Reactive dog ? Not a problem in last 5 years I have worked with all sort of breeds and temperaments I will never advise you to put a dog down or call them untrainable.

🐾Dog / puppy play dates - I have 3 fur babies myself , every now and then it's nice to have a meet and greet and let dogs be dogs . Usually this is an arranged event with all clients dogs that get on, sometimes field , sometimes my house it depends.

Good ways to keep your dogs and other animals cool in hot weather

🐾 Cooling Matt's

🐾 Iced toys or submergeable toys

🐾 Access to plenty of water bowls

🐾Animals in garden should have plenty of shade

🐾 Ice bottles for small animals such as rabbits and guinea pigs

🐾 Instead of a walk in the middle of the day go early in morning or late in evening .

🐾To exhaust your dogs or animals use puzzle toys for mental stimulation

🐾 Freeze dog safe yogurt in ice cube trays

Heres a question for you to ask youself... When off lead does your dog have instant recall ? 🤔 If they dont should they really be off lead at all even in a quiet place? 🤔 Sorry for the loud voice was incredibly windy when filmed this 😂😂
