Well what a month! 😅 almost 200 dogs, cats and even a rabbit, groomed and manicured already for Christmas 🎄

But…. It wouldn’t be Christmas without putting a photo of our own pets on with the festive surroundings, so here they are, Elaine’s Labrador Copper, Lyn’s Westie Ruby, who you all see when you come into the shop and my own cats Daisy, Dotty and ‘Santa Baby’ Coco and of course Gracie the Labrador 💕

Gorgeous Bomber has been in today for his monthly pamper. Dad had the honour today of bringing him as Mum is a little ‘laid up’ at the minute. He was his usual crazy self, but he wishes Mum a speedy recovery (as do we all) x

We do apologise if you’ve had difficulty in contacting us these past few days. There is a problem with mobile phone masts in the area which is having a major impact on our phones and our payment machines. We have been told by Vodafone that this should be resolved by tomorrow evening. Please don’t think that we are ignoring anyone, we’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible!

🐾NO SHOWS/LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS🐾

This month so far we have had far too many no shows. With the greatest respect we have bills etc to pay and don’t get paid if people don’t show! We understand that unexpected things happen but would appreciate a phone call to cancel the appointment especially as it is getting to the busy Christmas period.

From now on if you miss an appointment, as well as the missed appointment charge you will also be ask to pay half of the rebooked appointment fee upfront. Repeated missed appointments and the full groom price will be requested at the time of booking. Cancellations with less that 24 hours notice will also incur a charge. We don’t like doing this but it is our livelihood, we hope you understand.

……. So far today we have had 2 no shows!! 😡
