Unfortunately due to constant increase in stock, gas, fuel, insurance etc, I’m having to make some price adjustments in the new year.

As always I will continue to provide as reliable and professional service as possible.

Payments are expected on the day unless previously discussed. I still seem to spend time chasing people for money, which often leads to confusion and frustration. Persistent late payers will be asked to pay prior to service or ultimately asked to find someone else.

Advanced booking is now a necessity so that I can provide a reliable and organised service.

⭐️Customer Notice⭐️

My new bank account is now open, finally! All new details are on the invoices so can you all make sure you have deleted old bacs details and replaced it with new ones.

All payments that have been attempted since 30th Jan into old account will not have gone through and will have been sent straight back to your account. If I have resent you an invoice you believe you have paid this is probably why.

I would really appreciate prompt payments as due to the delay on the new account opening I am roughly a month behind on bacs payments.

As I said in previous post I can now take card payments so this will be the preferred method for future payments.

It’s come to my attention that some customers haven’t been receiving invoices. There could potentially be an issue with my quickbooks invoicing system.

If anyone hasn’t received an invoice from last shoeing can they please message me directly and I will get it sent to you an alternative way.

⭐️Notice to all customers ⭐️

I’m currently going through the awkward process of changing bank accounts.

The current bank account will close on 30th Jan so all payments for this month need to paid before this date. Late payments will not go through and keep returning to you.

New bank details will be put onto invoices when it is opened, so please make sure you check this.

Due to continuous trouble will late payments I have decided to start using a card machine. So from the start of next month payment options will be:

- Card, cash or cheque payments on the day of completion.
- Bank Transfer prior to shoeing unless discussed with me before hand.

Sorry to all the customers that are already very good payers, but I always seem to be chasing too many late payments in my family time!

I’ve been trying to hold off increasing my prices but unfortunately due to the increase in all my stock and fuel bills this is now no longer sustainable for me.

As of the 1st October 2022 my new price list will be as follows.
(All prices are inclusive of vat)

New Standard Full Set. £100

Refit Set. £90

Studs/ Road Pins x4. £6

Welded Bar shoe Inserts. £40

Pads/packing/casts/glue shoes etc. £POA

Foot search/ lost shoe call out. £30
(All lost shoes and emergencies will be prioritised to ensure they are dealt with quickly.)

I appreciate this is a fair increase but I continue to run a very reliable service and maintain a high standard of shoeing.
