I love Finland, I’m blessed to have seen the northern lights multiple times and they never fail to amaze me. Each year I visit I feel happy and at home surrounded by friends and an environment that until now I’ve felt has been largely untouched. These last few years I’ve noticed it get steadily warmer and this year rather than deep snow it’s so little and the trees rather than being bent over by the weight of frozen snow are green. I have fears for the future for this beautiful part of the world

Haven’t been able to do any art for quite a while as we’re in the middle of a house move, my lovely studio has been packed up for weeks. Today we had a ride to Snarestone Pumpkin Farm and I had so much fun looking at all the different types of beautiful pumpkins. I could mint resist but crack the water colour box open 🍁

Been to the beautiful today with my lovely art friends to practice my watercolours. It’s such a wonderful place, so peaceful and the people are so wonderful. We sat out in the sun for a couple of hours but it was quite warm in the end so decided to call it a day. Can’t wait to go back. ☀️
