Guaranteed hours: 7am - 5pm with a flexible schedule to include both daycare transportation, assisting in daycare & dog grooming.

So why do we believe a meet and greet is so important?

When looking for a perfect doggy daycare or dog walking service for your dog we believe the meet and greet process is an excellent way to ensure the environment is a perfect fit for you and your dogs schedule.

Things you can ask when you go for a meet and greet..

1. Do I get to view the facility?
2. Can I meet my dogs walker / daycare assistant?
3. Ask any questions and discuss options for your dog
4. Ask to view license, insurance, public liability, policies, DBS, First aid certificates etc
5. Ask to view the vans to ensure your dog has safe travel in individual crated systems
6. Is there a trial day / period of time to help settle your dog
7. Always view the field / fences and ensure there is fresh water facilities
8. Ask for their hot day policies / how dogs are kept safe in the summer months
9. For daycare dogs ask their schedule, where they have down time and do they have air conditioning / heating systems in place
10. For daycare ask to see all their policies including emergency contacts
11. What are the cleaning procedures for the facility?
12. What’s the dog-to-staff ratio during the day?
13. What’s your injury assessment procedure after an incident?
14. How do you determine which dogs are a good fit for group play?

Always remember you can never ask to many questions! Do your research, contact your local council to ensure your dog is in a licensed and therefore insured environment and go have a look round :)

Thank you everyone for being so patient with Lauren & my wonderful team of girls. They’ve completely held the forte this week whilst I am mid renovations/ house move / trying to keep 2 children entertained during the Holidays 😰

A big thank you to Lauren who I’m not sure has even slept without the laptop in her arms yet 😆
