******** XL Bully update********
Our policy on boarding XL's is changing slightly.
In order to keep providing a service to our XL Bully customers, we've had to take out additional insurance cover for banned/dangerous dog breeds. The only way we can justify this extra expense is to add a £5/night surcharge to XL Bullies staying with us as from 01/06/24. Any customers already with bookings, we will waiver this fee out of goodwill. We regret having to have this extra fee, but it was either this, or refuse boarding this breed. There's a few extra conditions with boarding this breed, which we can deal with, in house. However, with immediate effect, your XL will need to be muzzled whilst entering and leaving the kennels (leaving the muzzle with us whilst your dog is here), we will also need a photocopy of your exemption certificate, and proof of your third party liability insurance when checking your XL in.
