Long day today 😴 Not helped by the spotted turd hopping into the next field 🙈

Luckily, he absolutely loves his little mini's herd & came straight back when they went out 😂

& a pack of Jammie Dodgers to keep me going... Not just any Jammie Dodgers but the kind that have just travelled from Tenerife 😂 - Thanks Dad.

Lots of tidying & winter prep although not sure it felt right with the weather today. What is going on??? 🌞

Minimum of 4 stables or a minimum of 6 acres grazing with ability to put up mobile shelters/stables.

Running water a must.

Electric & arena preferred but not essential.

5 Shetlands
2 Ponies

Child friendly but will be well looked after (horses live a better life than us).

Willing to put in time & work for the right place as long as this is reflected in the price & a long term agreement is in place.

Hardworking, knowledgeable owners (2 families).

Stansted Mountfitchet or surrounding villages.

References available if required.

Took Jet for a little wander today 🐎

Jet is one of the ponies we are lucky enough to look after, we are becoming quite fond of her (as we do all the ponies we care for) 💕

Jet suffers from Laminitis & has to keep coming in off the grass so we thought a change of scene would do her good & she really did love it 😊

Calleigh's Equestrian Journal took advantage of a photoshoot moment, unfortunately my phone has had it & rarely takes a good photo 📸

What a great way to end the week & start what I thought was going to be a quieter, less stressful week but 8.30am & I already have a stress headache 😩

Yesterday I took golden oldie Fern for a nice hack around the country 🏇

We absolutely loved it 💕

She had her ears forward the whole time even with her great big mum sat on top of her 😂

Due to feeling completely burnt out, I have made the decision to take some annual leave next week.

Annual Leave:
Monday 24th July - Sunday 30th July 2023

What is already booked will remain in place but I will not be taking any further bookings during this time.

He's had a great day chilling in the field with his buddies & was thrilled that he even got a birthday feed (he shouldn't as he's a little on the tubby side) 🐷

Well, I am cream crackered. What a busy week, I have literally been running from one yard to another from 7am until 9pm the last couple of days 🥵😴

Lots of people away for half term, business or operations ✈

Next week was looking pretty quiet & relaxed but now filling up fast 🐝

I really do ❤ my job, all the horses I work with are amazing & of course have the best clients 💕

Lovely morning at work today 🌞

It's that time of year again when my own horses think I'm cheating as I turn up covered in other horses hair 🤣😂🤣

Calleigh's Equestrian Journal was lucky enough to be able to help bottle feed two little lambs who's mum is not producing enough milk for them & their sister 🐑

We're now trying to persuade Kevin we should get a couple of lambs ... He doesn't seem keen at the moment 🙈
