The Cotton Orchard was born out of a need to combine my two favourite things...textiles and my gorgeous baby daughter. With a degree in Costume design and making when I found out I was pregnant I began searching for beautiful and individual textiles for the nursery. After using my quilts and snuggles out and about (its all about practicality with a newborn!) I started to get asked to make items fo

r others and The Cotton Orchard was born! Now my little girl is growing fast I spend my days running around after her and my evenings tucked up in my cottage with my two kittens (and tea constantly on the go) sewing beautiful and unique textiles for Your Handmade Baby.
