Morning troops..happy summer! 🥴
..anyway...just a wee post about a couple of things..please read in full...
🌞Appointments...we are fully booked july/august..so if u want an appointment please book in plenty time. October and December are also looking pretty full. Christmas appointment s are nearly all gone.
🌞We have had a few people recently "forgot" about their appointment. We understand things happen, but we are a small business and operate on an appointment system. If you don't turn up we don't get paid. It's as simple as that. There is a fee for late cancellations of £25..and a no show or same day cancellation is a full groom fee.
🌞bank transfers must be paid before your wee one is collected. My minion is having to chase up more and more payments at the end of a busy day. We are seriously considering going back to cash only as it's getting so bad.
🌞and finally..for all those asking about me..im doing ok. Getting a wee bit more deaf..or maybe selective hearing...and blind each day but I can still keep my minions in check!! I'm soldiering on...olliebob ###
