Amaranto and Charlotte Dicker had a very successful day competing at Crofton Manor. He won both AM’s with 71+% and 68+%. He is now well on his way gaining his Regionals qualification. Very proud owner!

The Spanish hunk didn’t want to be out done by his new sister, Star so he went and smashed out two wins at Medium and AM (MCI) at Belmordean. He was a complete superstar as always and scored 71.5 and 70.73%. Good job Charlotte Dicker he looked amazing and went so well even though he was tired after covering duties yesterday. Amaranto D Centurion is a 15.3h, 2015, stallion by Fer Bago + Artista M Suay. He is a pure breed PRE, registered with ANCCE. He is standing at Catherston Stud in Hampshire. He is offered for chilled and fresh semen.

Amaranto D Centurion is out of the prolific stallion Fer Bago, who himself sired many champions at SICAB and on the International circuit. Amaranto displays all of his Sire’s best qualities; movement, temperament, trainability and conformation.

Amaranto has competed very successfully under the two professional riders Charlotte Dicker and Kerry Mackin. Both professionals have commented as follows; he is an outstanding horse who gives you the best feeling to ride. He always tries his hardest and loves to work. He is very intelligent, and picks up training very quickly. He is a very exciting horse for breeding and the future international competition circuit.

Amaranto is an outstanding example of the PRE breed. He has wonderful, and very correct, conformation, natural lift and swing in his movement and is text book to the breed standard.

Amaranto has a truly wonderful temperament and nature; he is calm and kind, and is exceptionally bold. He is very responsive and keen to please.

This handsome stallion has three incredible paces. He shows looseness and swing in his walk, with large ground - cover and over-track. His trot is very athletic with natural lift and extension. He has enormous talent to collect and sit, but also lengthen and extend with ease. His huge canter is pleasingly uphill, and he finds it very easy to collect and sit in the canter. He displays lots of power and is always very active behind.

Amaranto is a very interesting stallion to use on any mare, he would undoubtably be super coupled with a warmblood, with the advantage of adding temperament, paces and trainability. He is highly graded and licensed with both ANNCE and AES.

Amaranto has competed very successfully with numerous top wins at British Dressage, MCI and In-hand showing. A few of his highlights are, British Dressage Associated National Champion at Medium & Advanced Medium 2023, MCI Flamenca Champion 2023, MCI Level 2 European Champion in Paris and winner of the In-hand PRE Stallion at the Iberian Performance show 2023.

I don’t think it’s possible to love a horse more! Amaranto D Centurion went to his first ever in-hand competition today, at the Iberian Performance show at Merrist Wood, and would you believe it, won the PRE Stallion class!! It was a day of firsts for Amaranto, first premier league, first AM and first freestyle. He tried very hard and produced some lovely trot work, he got hot in the canter and couldn’t quite believe he was being asked for a change in the test! Despite this he kept a lid on it and produced a 66.056% and was placed 7th in a very strong class. Massive well done Charlotte Dicker you really did a fabulous job and rode so well. Thank you at David Taylor for coming over and supporting and adjusting the Aviar Saddles UK saddle, it was so kind of you.

Amaranto has had his second go at the MCI’s today and he is absolutely smashing it! He has won both times out at Morton and Wellington with enormous 70%+ scorers. He is now qualified to do his music tests and on the path to representing GB. Well done Charlotte Dicker you rode him to perfection 👌🏻.

I’m so proud of Amaranto and Charlotte Dicker, what a fabulous end to the weekend. Amaranto went to the British Breeding stallion show and really did us proud. As always he was foot perfect and took everything in his stride. He is now licensed with AES and is ready for the upcoming breeding and competition season.
