After we had to say “goodbye” to our beloved Fudge at the beginning of the year we hadn’t envisioned getting another dog ….. until we found Paddy. He’s been with us for a couple of months now and at 6 months old has officially joined our staff as Meet & Greet Host.

After a busy few months we are closed for few days for a planned refresh. We’re not saying that your dogs are mucky pups but those paw prints 🐾 didn’t get all over the walls, fridge, sofa, ceiling, windows etc. on their own 🫣

Important Notice About Drop-Off and Collection Times

We kindly ask that you stick to your scheduled drop-off or collection times that you selected when making your bookings with us. Lately, we’ve had several instances of people arriving outside their allotted time, and it is causing disruptions to the dogs daily routines as well as impacting other customers’ experiences.

We have had to cut short or delay morning/afternoon walks, pause mealtime preparations and struggle to ensure dogs are where they need to be when people arrive at the farm unannounced. Examples of customers arriving whilst the dogs are outside in the field, leaving the yard gate open and even opening the main door letting dogs out unsupervised have all occurred just recently. This is a serious concern. We now have a separate office for drop-off/collection so there is no requirement for you to come inside the main boarding area.

We offer a variety of different morning and afternoon time slots and after these have been selected by you on the booking form, they are confirmed and communicated back by email on both the initial quote and final invoice, so please refer back to these as required.

We understand that sometimes delays may be out of your control and appreciate when you let us know and will always try our best to accommodate small changes where we can. However, please take your holiday flight/travel times into consideration when booking as you may need to book an extra day etc.

Our main priority is the welfare of all the dogs that board with us and ensuring they are settled and enjoy their time on the farm. Unlike many other facilities we do not currently charge for late collection (5/10 minutes) and have no plans to do so, however with a number of occurrences of customers arriving several hours late (or early) and well outside of our scheduled times, we may have reconsider.

Please ensure if someone else is dropping off or collecting on your behalf that they know how to find us and your agreed time slot.

We have made the decision to pause all booking requests for 2025 for new clients. We have a large existing customer base that we would like to prioritise as a thank you for supporting us. Any booking requests already submitted will be honoured subject to deposit payments being received. New clients are welcome to submit a client form via the website and we will contact you when we are accepting new booking requests. Thank you! John & Anna 🐶
