We urgently need financial help for the dog, possible a Shih Tzu, we rescued yesterday, now at Juan Veterinarian - Bacolod. He's blind in one eye, has lost most of his fur, and was shaking from fear and possible trauma. He is currently calm but desperately needs medical treatment. ‼️Beautiful Pup Is Looking For His Forever Loving Home‼️

Arkin is playful and such a sweet dog. He knows how to p**p and p*e outside the house and comes back inside after.

Arkin was found roaming the streets of Golden Crest Subd. He was allegedly tied inside an abandoned house and wouldn’t stop crying every night. But luckily, he got out and has been scavenging for food since. A family started to feed him ever since they started seeing him around their house.

The adopters will be properly questioned and examined.
