I've recently spent 2 weeks doing pet visits looking after the very handsome Monty 😺 and some fish.🐠
Monty is such a sweet boy, he used to sit and look out for me arriving each visit and greet me with meows and headbutts, 😍🥰, he is so loving and I've really enjoyed his company these past two weeks,we played and had lots of cuddles. 🥰.
I also looked after some tropical fishes and a few catfish, there was a catfish baby that was so cute, but unfortunately passed away whilst I was there. I messaged the owners as I wanted to give him a proper burial. I believe all pets should still get the same care no matter how big or small they are. So I buried him under their tree. He was only tiny and it was heartbreaking.

If you need me to go check on your dogs/do a pet visit instead to let them out into the garden for a toilet break let me know. Obviously I'll play it by ear and check the weather again in the morning. I'll probably be able to do short walks earlier on in the morning. 😊👍🏻

I kept the larger dogs on their leads today as I didn't want them running around in this heat, lots of water to drink and stayed in the shade of the woods.
I don't think they were too happy today with me keeping them on leads, as you can see from the photos 🤣 but I'm sure they'll get over it 😂
I'm sorry to the others that I cancelled due to the heat.

All walks today will be shorter and starting earlier. I will keep an eye on the dogs and carry water with me but I may have to just do toilet visits as the temperature rises, your dogs health in these temperatures is my main priority.
