Varying size approved airfreight type crates will always be used for adult dogs…Following the 45% increase in fuel prices since 2020 we reluctantly have to increase our courier charges to enable us to continue to provide the high level of service we always strive to maintain….

Following the 45% increase in fuel prices since2020 we are reluctantly having to increase our courier charges with immediate effect…we have continued to absorb the extra costs until now but it is something we could not continue if we were to maintain our high level of service ..We hope our regular and new customers will accept the need to make this decision and continue to support us….rgds Ian@FIREFLY

Our story

We are dedicated to make sure your pet is safe and happy on it's journey. We have a lifetime of experience of owning and caring for animals and a strong logistical background to make sure we give you the best and most economical service We have a variety of crates, boxes and tubs to ensure your pet is safe and comfortable. We only use cars to travel all the cherished pets because we feel that this is less stressful especially for young/nervous and fragile travellers . We hold comprehensive insurance and DEFRA license for your peace of mind and are trained in pet first aid. We aim to get your pet to you on a same day basis in most cases so as little stress as possible is caused.

We welcome all small furries and cats and dogs and can cover most of the UK, unfortunately at this time we do not cover the European mainland.(under appraisal).
