Sorry I've been quiet on here. Jan has been so busy and I've also teamed up with Paws United UK to try and find forever homes for dogs rescued in Bosnia (where we had our boy from) If you could all join the page and share their posts. Also if anyone is looking for a new addition or able to foster let me know. It's easier to rehome dogs when they're already here. These 2 cutie boys are after an adopter/foster either together or separately after been left behind from the last transport. Drop me a message for anymore info. *PLEASE SHARE*

Just a picture for thought...
All this equipment was needed for JUST this little tidy/deshed. That's without the bath, cleaning products, washer, detergent, tumble dryer, servicing of equipment, sharpening, public liability, extra home insurance, the list goes on.
This is not a hobby it's a business.
Many people question why dog grooming is so expensive but will spend hundreds on their own hair/nails with no risk of you biting the hairdressers 🤣 Everyday there's a chance my career could be ended. A lot of groomers don't survive their first year or have to give it up as it's so physically demanding on your body.
I'm fortunate to have been in the job for 15yrs and have some amazing customers that have stuck with me over the years. So thank you. *But please share this post* A lot of companies are going under because they can't cover the costs.

Tomorrow will be our last full day of the year before some much needed family time and to rest our backs after a very busy month getting all our doggies Santa ready. When you tell people your job and they responed with how lucky are you! 🤣😂 These jobs take about 3-4hrs from start to finish with cleaning after too. (Please note I don't take on any new large breeds anymore as it costs me more for an osteopath!😂😥)
