Appointments available from 9th September and a cancellation list for the rare last minute appointments. (which is getting rather long!) ***I am now FULLY BOOKED for full grooms well into the week of the 12th AUGUST****If you require a booking around this time, I highly recommend calling asap to avoid disappointment! I am away next week for a week and aldo the last week of August, so appointments are filling up quickly!

***Between the 23rd and 31st July I will not be answering my phone as I will be in Rhodes, if you leave a voice message, email or text, I will get back to you as and when possible between the sun, sand and sea!!***

I only have two days available in July now. Appointments on offer are as follows
Wednesday 10th July @ 10am, 11.30am, 1pm and 2.30pm
Thursday 11th July @ 10am, 11.30am, 1pm and 2.30pm

💥💥💥💥 NO SHOW FEES 💥💥💥💥

I am becoming increasingly upset with the amount of last minute cancellations and no shows in the recent weeks. When booking an appointment, you will recieve two forms to READ and SIGN prior to your scheduled time slot.
In the forms it states that a no show fee/late cancellation fee will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given. I do sometimes waiver the charge if there is a fair reason.

I love my job, but you must understand that this is just that...my job. Not a hobby or something that I do for the fun of it.

I am in NO WAY PART of Stokenchurch Dog Rescue and neither am I employed by them. I am a small, self employed business owner that has to pay for rent, supplies and equipment. If you don't turn up...I dont get paid. Simple.

I appreciate that people have busy lives and things get forgotten, but this is my livlihood and no shows are one of the biggest reasons for my small business to fail.

I will not reschedule any late cancellations/no show appointments until the full cost of the missed appointment is paid. I have a waiting list of clients that if i am given notice, I can fill the vacant slot.

Stokenchurch Dog Rescue residents Ziggy and Freddie, had their summer shave downs this weekend! As you can see...one of the dog carers managed to get to Ziggy first 🤣 and freddie now has a cute little mowhawk. ❤️❤️ Both were very good boys x

Happy one year to us! A massive THANK YOU for all my lovely clients. The recommendations, the shares, likes and interactions on this page. I am so proud that we made it to a year, even through the kennel cough outbreak that forced me to relocate to my house for over a month!
I love all of my clients, human and canine ❤️ and I cannot begin to describe how grateful I am for you all.

I am also hugely grateful for all at Stokenchurch Dog Rescue for having me for a year, I can't believe how quickly it has gone! It has been so nice to be able to have people around during the day..and access to a kettle after ten years in a van!

So yay! I did it...my first year with my own little business.

Today I am proud of my achievements 👏 in a year I have groomed over 750 dogs!

Myself, James and the dogs all successfully completed the 10k sponsored walk for Stokenchurch Dog Rescue this afternoon and collected all the signs on the way. Thank you for the donations and shares, we managed to raise a little overnight to help go towards the dogs at the rescue ❤️ 🐕

**Polite reminder**

I just wanted to take the time to remind people that I do have a 24hour cancellation policy. If appointments are cancelled with less than 24hours notice, the price of the full missed appointment will be added to your account and needs to be paid before I will reschedule any future appointments.

I know that people forget/double book or just don't feel like turning up, however this is my full time job and I must remind you also that I am not employed by the rescue. This is my own business, and with a restriction to 4-5 dogs maximum a day, an empty appointment is definitely not ideal. With an influx of enquiries, 24hours should give me enough time to fill any cancellations.

I am in the process of looking into an appointment system where I can safely and securely take a non-refundable deposit for all bookings as they are made. I hope all you all understand the dilemma I am in!

Whilst I'm here, I still have a few March appointments left.

Dog walking will resume daily 10:00am - 12:15pm

Visitors looking to rehome a dog can view dogs ready for adoption from 2.00pm until 3.45pm every day except Thursdays.
