December felt like it lasted forever this year, but what another fantastic one it was for Yappily Ever After! Another massive thank you to all of my wonderful clients for all the continued support and for the lovely people at the dog rescue who put up with my fluffy footprints in the corridors 🤭 I do have some truly wonderful dogs on my list and I love them all!

I'd like to wish all of my furry and non-furry clients a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New year! I look forward to seeing what 2025 brings.

I have a lovely week off now, so if you do need to contact me, please leave a voicemail/text message and I will get back to you on the days between christmas and new year!

The week before Christmas is also filling up fast, and with limited hours to groom a day, squeezing in last minute appointments isn't going to be possible! So...if you would like your pup to be fresh for the festive celebrations, make sure you book in sooner rather than later. All of my December dogs will come with a complimentary Christmas picture too, as I enjoyed it so much last year🎄

🍁🍁Now taking bookings from October the 1st! 🍁🍁

The summer months have been very busy at Yappily Ever After, and Tula is here to remind you to get your dogs booked in as soon as possible, especially if they are due sometime in October.
I have also been taking some Christmas bookings recently,🎄so to avoid disappointment, I highly recommend rebooking on your next visit. Let's keep those paws tidy and much easier to maintain after all the muddy walks! 🐾🐾🐾🐾

It seems that due to hotter summer weather and my summer holidays 🏖 my AUGUST BOOKINGS are now FULL! Appointments available from 9th September and a cancellation list for the rare last minute appointments. (which is getting rather long!) ***I am now FULLY BOOKED for full grooms well into the week of the 12th AUGUST****If you require a booking around this time, I highly recommend calling asap to avoid disappointment! I am away next week for a week and aldo the last week of August, so appointments are filling up quickly!

***Between the 23rd and 31st July I will not be answering my phone as I will be in Rhodes, if you leave a voice message, email or text, I will get back to you as and when possible between the sun, sand and sea!!***

I only have two days available in July now. Appointments on offer are as follows

💥💥💥💥 NO SHOW FEES 💥💥💥💥

I am becoming increasingly upset with the amount of last minute cancellations and no shows in the recent weeks. When booking an appointment, you will recieve two forms to READ and SIGN prior to your scheduled time slot.
In the forms it states that a no show fee/late cancellation fee will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given. I do sometimes waiver the charge if there is a fair reason.

I love my job, but you must understand that this is just that...my job. Not a hobby or something that I do for the fun of it.

I am in NO WAY PART of Stokenchurch Dog Rescue and neither am I employed by them. I am a small, self employed business owner that has to pay for rent, supplies and equipment. If you don't turn up...I dont get paid. Simple.

I appreciate that people have busy lives and things get forgotten, but this is my livlihood and no shows are one of the biggest reasons for my small business to fail.

I will not reschedule any late cancellations/no show appointments until the full cost of the missed appointment is paid. I have a waiting list of clients that if i am given notice, I can fill the vacant slot.

Stokenchurch Dog Rescue residents Ziggy and Freddie, had their summer shave downs this weekend! As you can see...one of the dog carers managed to get to Ziggy first 🤣 and freddie now has a cute little mowhawk. ❤️❤️ Both were very good boys x
