Hiya lovely day today in a care home! This afternoon one of the animal I took in was a rat.
A lovely elderly gentleman asked me if he was “Ben” the rat where I replied no, this is Daisy as she is a girl rat - why did you think her name was Ben?
Well he explained Michael Jackson wrote a song about a rat called Ben in 1972 (I wasn’t even born then!) what an amazing memory as he sang me the song and I have looked up the lyrics tonight! Thank you for such a lovely memory 🥰🥰🥰

Angies Animal Antics provides hands on workshops for schools, nurseries, nursing homes, pre schools, toddler groups, scouts, cubs, brownies, Parties out of school clubs and more.. I want people young and old to appreciate all animal life and the variety it brings.

Most of the animals here are either home bred or have had previous homes or have been rescue, each one with its own story.

My priory is animal welfare and teaching others the same.
