🐾 NEW 55-Minute Slots! 🐾

As many of you already know, we’ve recently changed our bookings from 60-minute sessions to 55-minute slots. This small change helps prevent any clashes on the driveway and gives everyone a smoother, stress-free experience. 💚

We’ve had a few questions about how it works, so here’s a quick guide:

👉 Book your slot online as normal.
👉 Arrive at the time of your slot - if you’re early, please wait in the main car park so you don’t disturb the previous customers enjoying their session.
👉 Enjoy your 55 minutes in the field with your dog(s)!
👉 As your time is nearly up, please pack away, do a quick check for any missed poos, and leave the car park before your 55 minutes are finished.
👉 This gives a 5-minute buffer before the next customer arrives, helping ensure customers don't meet on the driveway and everyone can enter safely and calmly.

✨ 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 – 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 ✨

After listening to your feedback, we’ve decided to make a small change!

Up until now, sessions have been 1 hour, and we’ve asked customers to arrive and leave within that time. However, we know that sometimes this has meant people bumping into each other either on the track or in the car park.

To make things easier, we’re moving to 𝟱𝟱-𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘁𝘀. This way, everyone knows exactly how long they have in the field, and the 5-minute buffer should prevent any overlap.

The good news is this should actually mean you can relax and enjoy your full session, knowing the whole 55 minutes is yours without having to worry about arriving late or leaving early.

We hope this makes your visits even smoother, thank you as always for your support! 🐾
