It’s been a busy start to 2024!

Did you know we offer the following services;

🐾Mini grooms - bath and blow dry
🐾Tidy up - bath, blow dry, nail trim, remove knots and brush out
🐾Full groom - bath, blow dry, nail trim, full tidy, remove knots
🐾Teeth cleaning - the Ultrasonic Emmi-Pet system - courses of this treatment prescribed following assessment of the teeth
🐾Walkies - pick up and return arranged at a small cost

**Matt removal - when coats need de matting we don’t put the dogs through the trauma of removing each matt, we take the coat short so we can start fresh growth again. This service is an additional coast to a full groom

Cody was such a good boy for his groom.

We took time to get to know each other first.
I try to do this with all first time clients to help them relax and know they are safe.

He’s a German Shepherd x Huskey and it’s fair to say the dog cabin looks like a tsunami of hair has stormed its way through 🤣

A busy week 😊

Meeting Rolo was a real treat! My first Frenchie and what a good boy.
Lots of teeth cleaning this week too!

🪥 Do your dog’s teeth need cleaning? We use the Emmi Pet ultra sonic cleaning system - no noise, no movement! It’s best to start using this system as early as possible to keep plaque at bay. It needs to be used regularly but is well worth the effort to ensure good health for your dog ( and avoid huge vet bills if the plaque becomes too great)

What a darling Bonnie is 🤎🤍

A bath and a thorough tidy up with a clean tummy and less ‘feathers’ during the wet, muddy season.

Bonnie is nervous in new surroundings so we spent around 15 minutes on her arrival getting to know each other and to gain trust.
Bonnie happily took a treat or two before enjoying her bath and facial!
During the groom Bonnie had a little lie down - that’s the second dog this week! I take this as a good sign she is accepting of the process 🤞🏻

Can’t wait to see you again Bonnie for your Christmas spa day 🐶

A tidy up and a full groom for the Springer and the Sprocker!

Mac had his first groom and despite his nerves and initial mistrust of the new experience, grew in confidence ( with plenty of treats!) and settled well in both the bath and on the table 🤎

Chester gave the best hugs! He’s a happy boy who was a pleasure to groom. Look at him relaxing in the bath! 🖤

It was Artie’s turn to be treated to some pampering yesterday 💛

De-shedding until I turned blonde myself!

He was a very good boy during his first visit to a grooming environment 👏. It’s a scary experience when they have never encountered it before. He left looking and smelling adorable!

Today I had the pleasure of Koko’s company

She’s still young and all the sounds and procedures involved in grooming are still something to be wary of.
However, she was a model pup and took everything in her stride! We had plenty of breaks, kisses and cuddles 💞
She smells divine too!

If you have a nervous dog who needs someone to take some time to desensitize them in a grooming environment, give me a call. 1:1 attention and a bucket load of patience for every dog 🐶

Matts and knots can be a way of life when you’re a dog.
As dog parents we can help by brushing them everyday if they are prone to this happening.

Whether you want a good thorough clean, a tidy up, a full groom or teeth cleaning you can make a one off, or regular appointments to keep your dog feeling and looking fresh and healthy.

Regular appointments can be booked for the coming months or even for the year ahead. Keeping on top of grooms makes life so much easier for you, your diary, your dog’s health and comfort.

Dogs are attended to on a one to one basis so that full attention can be given to your buddy.

Settling in sessions can be arranged before any groom - again to re assure you and, help your dog feel comfortable and familiar with the surroundings, noise and groom process.
